The surgery is lovely and clean and most of the doctors are pleasant and helpful. However, the receptionists can be very rude and abrupt at times. I have been registered at this practice for numerous years and each time I call the receptionists ask why I want to see or speak to a doctor. My health issues are of no concern to the receptionists and they should not be asking personal information from myself regarding my health! Nor should they blurt out why I am at the doctors when stood at the reception in full view and hearing of other patients! This is personal stuff, even if I am just attending for a blood test - I do NOT want this information blurted out in reception thank you!

I have just moved to this drs surgery and I have only good things to say. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I have seen two nurses & a Dr all of which have also been very friendly and professional which is exactly what I think is the perfect combination. The surgery is well thought out and is spotlessly clean. All in all excellent service. Thank you!

The receptionist phoned Dr Cregor,on call doctor.He phoned me and arranged appointment for that afternoon. I saw Dr Wright and received excelent care, treatment and advice.

Fantastic surgery always helpful staff nothings to much trouble for them, always call back within the hour after calling for a telephone consultation. At the moment can not think of anything to improve what is already an excellent medical practice.
